We are often advised to drink milk regularly. Dairy products like milk and yogurt for a healthy body. Milk is rich in vitamins, protein, and nutrients. However, very few people can drink a glass of milk every day. Either the taste, smell or effects to make them hate milk dairy products. Many people complain that milk causes acidity, gastric problems, constipation, acne and cough. Here are some things that make milk cause health problems.
- Acid Reflux
One problem drinking dairy milk causes acidity in the stomach. If you drink milk on an empty stomach, you may be suffering from acid reflux. Acid reflux is a condition in which the liquid and gas flowing from the stomach into the esophagus that causes the mouth so bitter and burned chest.
- Constipation
The protein in milk can cause constipation in most cases. The inability of the digestive system to process protein from milk often causes constipation. It is also known as milk intolerance. The digestive system is not functioning properly to digest milk proteins that interfere with the movement of the intestines and cause hardening of stool in the colon. If you suffer from constipation due to milk or other dairy products, do not include dairy products in your diet list. - Pimple
If you suffer from acne, the milk may be one reason. The imbalance of testosterone (in men and women), the change in dihydrotestosterone (DHT) in the sebaceous glands causing acne. Milk can increase inflammation in the body and also produce sebum glands (sebaceous glands) more. This causes pimples appear.
- Cough
Milk can cause coughing problems. Milk or milk intolerance may worsen cough and phlegm. Milk causes phlegm, so if you have a cough and sore throat, do not drink milk until you are healed.
