Results of research conducted by Bristol University shows that in countries with four seasons, which contains the mother in the spring and summer and gets sun during pregnancy have babies with higher body and bones stronger. This is because the sunlight on the skin will produce vitamin D. Formation of vitamin D is important for building bones as the baby in the womb. Co-operation with calcium vitamin D will increase bone mass.

So with the results of this study, pregnant women should not be afraid anymore of the issues that the sun can cause skin cancer, but rather to get a little warm sunshine will provide benefits for the baby. When you want to get a healthy sun to obtain vitamin D supply, you can sunbathe or take a walk at 06.00 to 07.30 AM.
