Distended abdomen identical with someone fat and large, it is not entirely true because there are many people who have a thin body but have a distended abdomen. Distended abdomen caused by many factors, among which are lack of exercise, too much high-fat meal snacking, lack of intake of a balanced diet and irregular eating patterns.

Maybe one of you who have a distended abdomen, there are several ways you can do to shrink your stomach distended. Well here are some ways to shrink a bloated stomach:

1. Do exercise every day for at least 30 minutes
Sport is very important for health. By exercising at least 30 minutes will burn the fat in our bodies. so distended abdomen could be solved with exercise. Sports which are good to shrink bloated stomach are running, sit-ups and push-ups, swimming, etc.
2. Apply a Regular Diet
Irregular eating habits can cause stomach becomes unstable. With a regular diet and contains balanced nutrition can shrink a distended abdomen.
3. Avoid fried food
Avoid fried food smells, food consumption should be boiled or steamed.
4. Avoid eating snacks
Eat a light meal is the biggest factor affect your distended abdomen. Avoid eating foods that are high in fat. If one wants to eat you should try to eat fresh fruit.
5. Expand drinking mineral water
Mineral water is very good for the body besides it also can shrink your stomach distended.
