Healthy Way of Reading

Reading is very useful for us. Sometimes the reading can be a hobby. Here are some tips to keep your eyes healthy when you're reading:

  1. Posture while reading is sitting upright, lying down is not recommended.
  2. To read a well-lit room, the lights far enough away from the body so that body image is not formed.
    A good reading distance is 40 cm from the eye at an angle of 40-70 degrees from the surface of the table.
  3. Take a rest if you are tired of reading, take a look at green objects and green scenery.
  4. Consumption of foods with sufficient amounts of vitamin A, such as carrots, papaya, and green vegetables.
